Hi, thanks for getting back to me. The problem is as the printer cartridge level goes down and I change the cartridge using a 3rd party cartridge the ink level on the screen stays at the same level even though there is a new full cartridge unless I use a genuine cartridge. I think I need to be able to reset the ink levels. I used Wicreset to downgrade my firmware so as I can use 3rd party cartridges but at the moment they do not reset ink levels.
