Small is beautiful!!! And one more thing. This app sometimes misses things i type. Sometimes get jumped on the letter next to it. Love this app, but issues with Android update First of all, lemme start by saying that I love this app.

I've been using it for a few years now, and the ability to switch languages has been awesome. That being said, I just downloaded the latest Android update and now I'm getting this error 'Memory error for binary dictionary. Reboot your machine may help,' which I've never gotten before. As it indicates, my dictionary isn't working.

EDIT: after uninstalling/reinstalling the app, everything seems to be working again. Great app if your target reader supports it Do not expect others to see anything but boxes unless they have this app or some other platform that they have personally set to support each language/font.i was misled through an online review (NOT by anyone associated with this app) into thinking all the languages and the fonts they require would be viewable to anyone on any device.This is NOT the case.If they havent selected each language you decide to type in they WILL NOT see it on their device.Im in the process of fixing a disaster as a result of thinking otherwise. But its a great app and extremely well designed.I would give 5 stars if they made what i just said very clear right up front so others can avoid what im going through. It looked useful, but I found that, at first, the English 'keyboard' got me the num pad, not a usuable keyboard, which pretty much made it worthless for my native language. I looked around for clues about fixing this, but found nothing but comments that the num pad was available.
I did use the French keyboard a bit. But then that also switched to num pad only. Now all the languages I enabled have only the num pad, but no normal keyboad, making it utterly unusable. Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it documented anywhere? I spent a long time trying to get gesture typing to work and could not.
I followed all the app instructions, installed the English plugin, enabled gestures in settings, looked through all the other settings multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. The faq just says 'enable it' in response to gestures not working. If it's possible to use gestures, which the other reviews seem to indicate it is, it's certainly not universal or intuitive. Is it my phone? Am i missing some other prereq? I gave up and reenabled gboard.
This is the best keyboard i've ever had! However, it has some flaws & bugs which really bother me sometimes while using it.
For example, when the autocorrect is on and I type in a word, hit a space, then delete it, change the last letter of a word and hit the space again, it types that word again with no space between the previous one. I tried to reproduce thet bug when paying attention to what I exactly do, but i couldn't, so i don't exactly know in which contitions it happens. There is a couple more, but space here is limited.
