It's likely that you can make it at least boot OS X, but it's unlikely that the GPU will work properly, and there's no way to tell if WiFi, Ethernet, Audio, etc will work without more detailed information. You could probably get a virtual machine working though.

Your best bet in getting it to work natively is to run lspci from within a Linux Distro, then search the main components from the list lspci returns to see if those parts are compatible, or post the lspci result here.
